Cedar Mount is committed to a planned programme of impartial careers education, information, advice and guidance  (CEIAG) and work with the careers advisor Kathryn Taylor & Leoni Smith from Career Connect alongside the Miss Rizvi. They believe that inspirational and aspirational advice and guidance has the power to transform lives and futures. Activities are differentiated and personalised to ensure progression in learning and development whilst strengthening pupils motivation, aspiration and attainment at school. Cedar Mount provides CEIAG in many guises. This is available to parents, carers and students to help them navigate their way through the many academic and vocational choices they will make during their time at school and beyond.
