Transition 2024

Welcome to the Cedar Mount Academy transition page where we will keep families and primary schools up to date with important information to support a smoother transition between primary and secondary education. It is an exciting time for children moving to secondary school, but it is important that we work together to be able to best support every child in this transition. At Cedar Mount we work in partnership with our local primary schools to ensure no stone is left unturned when we gather information and share training, ensuring we cater for all in the best way possible.

On this page you will find information to support your decision in taking up the offer of a place at Cedar Mount Academy and we welcome you warmly. Once you have accepted your place at the academy you will be given a password to take you to our exciting members only page that will give you further details, open our virtual tour and meet the staff section and it will also give you the opportunity to fill in our New Student Information Form and give you access to home learning to support your child over the summer holiday.

If you have not accepted or declined your place

For families that are still to accept or decline their place at the academy.

Once you accept your place you will be sent out a further pack of information and you will receive a password to access the members only section of the website.
